In three steps

How it works

  1. Create the group and pay

    In the portal, name the group and pay by card. It takes a minute, and the group is ready to use right away.

  2. Invite the team

    Invite each person by their @name or send a link. Anyone without an email gets an account you create. Whoever accepts is in right away.

  3. Follow the activity

    See who wrote what and when, filter by person or by folder, and download it all as a spreadsheet.

Something you should know

The administrator reads every note in the group. That is why the group is the place for the team’s work, not for personal notes. Personal folders stay with whoever created them.

How much does it cost?

$9.90 a month, per group, up to 100 people. Each group is paid for separately. Using Asterisco on your own is free, and will stay that way.

How do I pay?

By card, in US dollars: $9.90 a month, or $99 a year. It renews by itself and you can switch it off. All of it right in the portal.

What if I change my mind?

In the first 7 days after the first payment, you can cancel and get a full refund. After that, switch off the renewal whenever you like: the group stays until the end of the paid period.

Who can administer the group?

Only one person: whoever created it. They invite people, create the folders, follow the activity and the reports, and read every note in the group.

What happens if I delete the group?

The group’s folders and notes are deleted for everyone. Someone who just leaves the group loses its content on their device, and their personal notes stay theirs.
