Every note is a point, at the place it was written. Filter by folder and see at a glance where you have been writing things down.

Walk around the city and the list reshuffles on its own. The closest notes come first, each with its distance.

Search that ignores accents

Type “cafe” and find “Café da esquina”. Search works the same in English and Portuguese, and the alphabetical order respects accents.

Share a whole folder

Give read or edit access to a folder, and the people you chose see what is in it. Sharing is free, with or without Grupo.

When you take access away, the person loses the content on their device at the next sync

05Always with you

Built for people out in the field

Nothing in Asterisco needs a connection at the moment you write. The account is there to sync across devices and people. The app works without it.

Arrival reminders

Turn on a reminder for a note and it tells you when you get near the place, not at a set time. Background location is only asked for at that moment.

Works offline

Creating, editing and moving works with no signal at all. Syncing happens once the connection is back and is never a condition for writing.

Conflicts never erase anything

If the same note changed on two devices before syncing, both versions stay visible for you to choose from. Neither disappears quietly.

Full export

Your data comes out whole whenever you want: text, coordinate, photos and voice. Taking what is yours is not a paid feature.
