Each group is billed separately: 2 groups cost $19.80 a month, and so on.

How a group works

One team, one map, the right folders

Everyone writes where they are. Notes land in the group’s folders, and each folder opens only for the people who need it. The price is per group, not per person.

  1. Everyone writes, on the map. Each note keeps the place where it was written, even offline.
  2. Notes go into folders. Inspections, clients, sites: the team organises it the way the work goes.
  3. Each folder, for the right group. You decide who opens what: the field team, the office, the client.
  4. The administrator sees it all. Reads every note in every folder and builds the week’s reports.

Prices are in US dollars, by card, and renew automatically every month or every year: you can switch the renewal off whenever you like. In a group’s first 7 days you can cancel and get your money back.

What changes from Personal to Grupo

Everything the app already does stays the same. Grupo adds what a team needs to work together and to know what happened.

How does billing work?

By card, in US dollars, the group renews by itself every month (or every year at $99) and you can switch the renewal off whenever you like. In a group’s first 7 days you can cancel and get your money back.

Do the people I invite have to pay?

No. Everyone in a group uses the whole app for free, and sharing folders stays free. The price is per group, not per person.

What if the plan lapses?

The group stays readable, but no new writing or invitations go in until the plan is renewed. You can download everything whenever you like, before anything is deleted. The content is kept for a year, and we warn you before deleting it.

Can I have more than one group?

Yes. Each group costs the same and is paid for separately: two groups come to $19.80 a month. Each one has its own renewal date.
